McCauls are very excited about our first entry into the Manchester city centre market. We are currently working up a scheme that involves a mixture of apartments and houses right in the heart of the city. COMING SOON. McCauls are pleased to announce that we have secured a building site in the ever popular Astley area, just outside Manchester. COMING SOON. McCauls are currently working through a planning permission that will unlock the sites potential. It will consist of a mixture of detached, semi-detached, mews and bungalow style housing. Based in the popular Sutton Leach area and we are due to release further information on the plans in October 2012 with a view to having the first house ready in March 2012.
